Fees, payments, and cancellations

Contributions made through the donation QR code are voluntary and separate from appointment bookings. Verify the recipient and amount in your payment app before confirming. Contact us about receipts, payment errors, or the intended use of a contribution. Do not assume a donation is tax-deductible without appropriate confirmation.

Submit honest feedback and avoid private information about other people. Reviews may be moderated before publication. Submitting a supervision or volunteer enquiry does not guarantee acceptance, placement, certification, or employment.
